JB Tuning can supply and fit every exhaust made for our industry. As well as being the leading shop for exhaust testing and developing we also produce several of our own exhausts, mainly used for racing in the B.S.S.O championship, as well as moto x and BMZRC. Luckily for you as a customer, we can take our knowledge of every pipe we have run, tested and developed and try and suit a pipe to your specification. If you're pocket is larger than most, or you crave optimum performance, then why not have JB Tuning build a pipe to your specification.

From unpainted and black painted steel, to stainless steel and polished stainless steel, we can supply you with any exhaust you require. We have most exhausts in stock. JB Tuning can fit the exhaust any jet your carb to suit, or we can send it straight out to you.

Race exhaust (JB one offs)
JB Tuning have spent many hours, researching, developing and practising the art of two stroke exhaust manufacture. We have achieved great results from designing and building race pipes, using our state of the art software, welding equipment both in-house, and out of house, we have honed our skills.
At the moment our ideas for a road pipe 'off the shelf', are still very much in the early stages, however we work very closly with Franspeed, and can offer a great 'race exhaust' designed for the scooter with over 25bhp (true rear wheel).
